In tonight's lesson we are going to look at RAGS. As I was putting this portion of the study together I was trying to come up with an introduction that might connect with the three scriptures we are going to look at tonight. I found myself puzzled and then I remembered something that we did right here at Little River Missionary Baptist Church....

The bible describes humility as meekness, lowliness and absence of self. The Greek word we find for humility in Colossians 3:12 is translated as Lowliness of mind. So we see that humility is a heart attitude. One may put on an outward show of humility but still have a heart full of pride and arrogance.
